This 4 axle RGN removable gooseneck lowboy semi-trailer is specially engineered for transporting heavy construction machinery, mining equipment and oversized cargo. 

1. Main Frame & Load Platform

   The main beam adopts high-tensile low-alloy structural steel with deep-welded box girder structure for strong torsion resistance and load-bearing performance. The load platform uses anti-slip patterned steel plate. Side reinforcement beams and cross beams are arranged densely to avoid platform deformation under heavy loads. The low deck design effectively reduces overall loading height to satisfy transportation limits for tall equipment. Multiple built-in lashing points are reserved around the platform for firm cargo fixing.

2. Hydraulic Removable Gooseneck (RGN System)

   Adopts full hydraulic detachable gooseneck structure. After separating the gooseneck from the main platform, a smooth driving ramp is formed, allowing crawler machinery to drive on and off the trailer directly without additional ramps. All hydraulic pipelines use high-pressure wear-resistant hoses, and hydraulic cylinders are equipped with safety locking valves to prevent accidental sinking during loading and transit. All connection hinge points use thickened cast steel components with lubricating oil nozzles for easy maintenance.

3. Axle & Running Gear System

   Equipped with 4 heavy-duty axles.The matched heavy mechanical suspension provides excellent shock absorption and uniform load distribution on each axle. The suspension support base is thickened and reinforced to resist impact from heavy machinery during loading. Standard tire specification is 12.00R20; hubs adopt heavy-duty wheel hubs with high-load bearings.

4. Brake & Pneumatic System

   Fitted with international standard dual-line air brake system, equipped with air storage tanks, brake chambers and emergency braking function. Reliable braking performance ensures driving safety under full load. All air pipelines are corrosion-resistant copper pipes and reinforced air hoses.

5. Lighting, Marking & Auxiliary Structure

   Complete set of LED tail lights, side marker lights and reflectors installed around the trailer. Yellow-orange safety warning strips are pasted on side edges for high visibility during night transport. Optional rear safety ladder, side guardrails and outrigger supports are available upon request.

6. Coating Technology

   All steel components go through shot blasting for rust removal first. After applying anti-rust primer, high-gloss topcoat is sprayed. The finished surface has strong anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties, adapting to harsh construction site and cross-regional transportation environments.
