This tri-axle car transport semi-trailer is specially manufactured for mass long-distance delivery of sedans, SUVs and light passenger vehicles. Equipped with three heavy-duty axles, it delivers stronger load stability, better road holding performance and higher safety during highway transportation, perfectly meeting the high-frequency vehicle logistics demands for domestic and overseas markets.
This tri-axle adopt full hydraulic lifting and tilting mechanism, the upper loading platform can be freely adjusted in height and angle, which greatly facilitates vehicle loading and unloading. The double-layer grid carrying platform is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel, anti-slip and anti-deformation, effectively protecting transported cars from scratch and sliding. Standard loading capacity reaches 8 small passenger cars (4 units on upper deck, 4 units on lower deck), while 6–7 SUVs or large-size vehicles can be loaded flexibly.
The whole frame adopts integrated submerged arc welding technology, with good torsion resistance and long service life. All electrical and hydraulic components are well-known brand parts, low failure rate and easy maintenance. Customization on color, lifting stroke, binding device and brake system is supported to adapt to different country road regulations and customer actual usage scenarios.
